One of the most popular New Years resolutions is to get healthy and be happy. Often, as we think through this goal we fail to look at how our homes are helping us get healthy or even worse, holding us back from our goals.
How do we know if our home is impacting us in a negative way?

The best person on the planet to judge your own happiness and health is YOU! Through your own eyes, evaluate how being at home makes you feel. First, think through how it feels to come home. Do you feel anxious or relieved? When you enter, is it organized? Messy? Cheerful? Serene? Does your home greet you and make you feel like a million bucks?
Write down how your home makes you feel when you arrive at the end of the day.
Look at the words you have written down and let them sink in. Words have weight, please consider how these words could be impacting your health in a positive or negative way. Resolve to see your home with fresh eyes!
