I never imagined our home would be featured in a magazine at a time like this. I am thrilled but also in awe of this blessing, to share with all of you what home means to our family.
In light of spending so much time at home, never has the work we do felt more meaningful!
Jeff and I were interviewed by Terri Finch Hamilton and we share the process of the renovation, before and after images and how we designed the house to work for our family.
We share a lot of personal insight including the challenges of construction (bats, eek!) and how we brought our 1895 home into the 21st century. Our master bedroom, library/family room, boys bedrooms, attic play loft, and kitchen are all highlighted.

Thank you to Grand Rapids Magazine for sharing our renovation, Jeff’s cooking, our love of interior design and architecture and what it does for the soul! When you are out getting essentials at the grocery store pick up the April issue and support local Michigan editorial!
