This condo renovation included the most spectacular original feature, a 16′ tall portrait of a woman, advertising a department store from the early twentieth century. Painted on the exterior brick of the adjacent structure before this building was added in the 1930’s, the painting had been covered up for nearly 60 years. A complete floor plan change and vibrant new finishes created a home made for entertaining and enjoying the city.
